Professionals achieve net gain, third year in a row

Professionals Group Australia has celebrated another year of net office gains as they release their 2022 results. Of the 12 new shop front offices that joined the brand, a large portion were independents, and existing offices expanding with additional sites due to success.

Katherine Gonzalez-Cork who joined the group as CEO in August said, “The quality of the marketing, training and support provided to our network is evidenced by our retention, which last year sat at 98%.”

The network has bolstered their internal team over the past few years now boasting a full-service marketing team, member services support and additional training services from state sales executives.

It was a big year in fundraising for Professionals, in October they celebrated 18 years of partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) and a total of $4M in donations. As the NBCF’s only Diamond Partner, Professionals are recognised as having funded 40 researchers over that period. They celebrated the anniversary at their International Conference and Awards with NBCF CEO Cleola Anderiesz, and 200 delegates at the W Hotel in Brisbane.

2022 is the first year Professionals have publicly released their sales and property management results, a move that solidifies their future direction of transparency within the industry. For the calendar year, Professionals transacted 11,792 home sales at a total value of $7.27 Billion and their national property management teams achieved 5,940 net rental gains.

When asked about the prospects for 2023, Ms Gonzalez-Cork said “Our focus for the future is growth, and we will achieve that through transparency in our successes and our business offering. Our flat-fee structure and member-run approach, allows our offices to have a voice in the direction of our brand, and peace of mind when it comes to their bottom line.”

Professionals are also kicking off the year releasing a new TV commercial and audio logo that will be part of a $500,000 campaign with the Australian Open and Fremantle Dockers, launching in February.
